The MULTI-ADS dough sheeting, forming and feeding machines are of revolutionary innovative design. Fast, compact and versatile.

The 900 and 1100 sizes are high output industrial sizes.

The 700 has high output but designed for the common 600 mm make-up lines.

All models have a 4-roller gentle Extruder, minimizing force to reduce stress. Two Dough Spreading Systems for 900 and 1100, one for 700, (optional to add a second), the patented ‘Wave-Spreader”, not toughing the dough. Two Flour Dusters, (optional to add up to two more when sticky dough}, two sets of Calibrating roller systems.

All in 11.5 feet and over USD 100,000 less than a laminating dough infeed system. (See Croissant dough video.)

Replace dough balls with flat crusts. No dividing and rounding. No retarding and difficult shipping and storage. No thawing and labor demanding flattening.

With the MULTI you make a soft crust direct for the spiral freezer. Pack and ship. Fast to thaw, top and bake. Savings are everywhere!

MULTIBAKE PRODUCT MAKE-UP TABLE

Make-up Cutting table is fed by the ADS automatic dough sheeter. Table comes in three widths to accommodate 27”, 35” and 44” net working widths. Automatic transfer to Tunnel Oven, Spiral system and other. Automatic panning system available for rack proofing and blast freezing option.
