Offering a wide range of dough capacities, from 80 to 280 kg of dough, this line of removable bowl mixers is able to meet the demands of all types of production: from the small bakery, to the supermarket, up to the big industrial bakery.

This line of mixers, designed with a solid structure and reduced dimensions, is suitable for the preparation of a wide variety of leavened dough products in a limited space. Furthermore, the ergonomic design with a mobile side control panel, permits an optimal use of the machine.
Each mixer can be fitted with various options such as: temperature probe, electronic control panel (ECP) and bowl drain plug. The bowl is guided by friction wheels which run along the milled border of the bowl itself, thereby increasing the grip.

The hydraulic system, used to lock the bowl and control the mixer head movements, drastically reduces the maintenance. A completely closed electrical cabinet offers good protection against flour projections and water splashes.

Possibility to knead stiff dough with the MAJOR – SILVER (MAJOR-S) model thanks to its double spiral transmission.

The AS line of overturnable spiral mixers is available in models for 120, 160 and 200 kg of dough. These mixers tilt over, thus allowing the dough to be emptied out automatically onto a table or into a divider located to the right or to the left of the mixer. Designed to be easily adapted to specific production lines, these models also offer an economical solution to reduce the labour required during the work process. The AS models, manufactured with a strong and reliable structure, can be used intensively and require limited maintenance.

The AR line of overturnable spiral mixers is available in models for 160 and 200 kg of dough. These mixers overcome the difficulty of having to manually remove the dough from the bowl, thereby reducing the production times.

The mixer is lifted along a column and tilted over at the set discharge height, releasing the dough onto a table or into a divider, as required. Furthermore, the mixer can be tilted over to the right, or to the left,or to both sides at the same or at different discharge heights, as per the user’s requirements specified prior to construction of the machine. The solid and sturdy structure of the AR mixers allows intensive and semi-industrial use of the machine: up to 10-12 hours of continuous use per day for most types of dough.

The compact design allows the mixer to be easily fitted into a production line, incorporating both the dough mixing and emptying functions into a minimum space. The design is such that the dough is kneaded with different intensities in different areas, moving from an area of intensive mixing to one of rest; this procedure avoids an excessive increase in the temperature of the dough itself. In particular, intensive kneading only occurs in the area located between the spiral tool and the breaking column.

This line can meet the requirements of all types of production: from the small bakery, to the supermarket, up to the big industrial bakery.
