Construction Characteristic

The mechanical and electronic components used are the best brands available on the market, to guarantee reliability, quiet operation and availability.


The structural steel mounted on castor wheels for easy movement.
The belts made of wool or synthetic material to FDA standards. The surfaces in contact with dough can be easily cleaned and disinfected, the corners are connected aggregates in order to allow thorough cleaning.


All units comply with the Machinery Directive 98/37/EEC, EMC Directive 89/336/EEC (as amended) and the Low Voltage Directive 73/23/EEC (as amended)

Feeding Belt

Two versions are proposed SV2 and SV3, depending on the amount of forms produced. The feeding belt is in plastic food honeycomb allows the load of rested and soft dough without tackiness.

The Clutch Roller

One clutch controls the flow of incoming dough without crushing. Making them easy to use even by staff unskilled, further improving the constancy of weights and forms.

The Duster

One flour duster suitably positioned equipped as standard, adjustable motorized and switched off on request, ensures perfect disposal flour on laminating cylinders and directly on the discs before cutting.
On request you can install an extra automatic flour duster for the chalking of the feeding belt before loading dought

The Rolling

The dough is rolled slowly through the rotary system characterized by a series of rolling stainless steel cylinders positioned appropriately and a lever operated by hand allows us to adjust the thickness by changing the position of all rollers up to a maximum of nearly three cm opening, ensuring a gradual and slow rolling of the dough and stress-free thanks to the support belt after cutting discs, we have ensured the positioning and backing of the strips of dough avoiding stretching dought that would destroy the structure and the precision of form after the cut.

The Cut

The first cut is across the board by cutting discs of stainless steel, without any need for change and after automatically disposed and separated rows, a stainless steel guilottine with scraper cut perpendicular to the dought without any stress. The discs and the guilottine are in stainless steel to ensure a clean cut without tearing and stuck from 1 to 8 rows. The lenght of the piece is determinated by the weight set electronically once defined the width and height of the piece, giving us the opportunity to choose the most appropriate form to any working need.

Cleaning

Discs cutting device made on removable structure, easier cleaning. Standard equipment trays for recovery of flour and scrapers suitably positioned, once closed the duster, allow the automatic cleaning of the cylinders, of the discs and of the guillotine.

Our “Multi Purpose Line” allow you to produce continuously and automatically.

wide range of products such as; ciabatta and baguette type of products, pizza crusts, and focaccia. Flat sheeted bread such as lavash, naan, barbari, pita and many other not mentioned.


We offer regular extruders as well as our STRESS-FREE Nobby extruder for this line. This means it is possible to treat the dough very gently weather it is a hard dough or soft high moisture content while preserving the structure of the gluten, maintaining a stable dough structure and fermentation.


Thanks to the gentle processing the quality of the end product, fresh or frozen, is vastly superior to other methods.


Since this is a modular line it is easily composed to meet the best process of your product as well as meeting the width of other equipment for compatibility.


The “Multi Purpose Line” is characterized by the ease and rapidity to switch from the production of one product to another. The “Multi Purpose Line” can be adapted to different capacities and working widths in order to meet the specific requirements of each customer.
